Masturbation becomes a problem when you ejaculate more than 5 times a day. You can masturbate without ejaculating you know. (without cumming) That way you can still achoeve an orgasm but you save up your sperm. If you ejaculate too many times a day, your not giving your testicles (balls) enough time to make new sperm cells. You canm cause some problems and you can simply hurt your self becuase all of the action and the gentials being super sensitive.
Be safe, take your time, masturbate wisely in good places. You will be ok of your not cumplusive about it and be safe.

When you get fired from work for doing it at the office, in the bathroom.
When you get arrested for masturbating.
When you make other people uncomfortable with it.
When you can't keep your hands to yourself at any time of the day.
When you can't perform for your partner.
When you put it in food of any kind.
When the bathroom shower is getting clogged from all of the stuff put in the drain.
