I'm with you, medium well. I would actually prefer no pink but you can't say that at a restaurant without getting charcoal instead of steak. I'm paranoid about raw meat b/c my uncle got worms or something from it!

Rare!! The taste is much better and it's never dry.

I can do medium rare but my preference is RARE!! lol

A lot of pink indicates more flavor!!

Done well on the outside, but with just the slightest hint of pink on the inside. Not bloody!!!

Hi! I like my steak (And ALL meat) well done! Which (for those of you... and you know who you are...) is NOT the same as burned.
I do not care for food that-with a little care- could recover! }:>
