First, let's get our facts straight. The USA has only fought in a few wars, the last being WW2.
A war is fought by the military-no holds bared-fight to win at any cost or suffering.
A Police Action (like Iraq, Korea, Viet Nam) are fought by political factions. They are not meant to win militarywise. They are fought to gain political advantage. They are meant to sacrifice our wealth and warriors to impose our will in a politically correct way. (Fight nice). We can finish the Iraq Police Action in a week if we fight a "war"!! USMC 60-68

No, it is not acceptable to me - nor to the 68% of Americans who disapprove of the war. Wars are supposed to be fought in defense of the country, not for profit, and as I remember it, we voted the Democrats in over a year ago with the understanding that they would END the war. Admiitedly, Bush is too stupid to get the message, but where does that leave his sycophants in Congress?

We killed hundreds of thousands because of Pearl Harbor, and more people died on 911. Doing the math I would say war is very acceptable, especially when you bring it to me, I will give you more than you ever bargained for, because I am Uncle SAM.
