Depending on what you do, I'm a breakdancer and I do martial arts and gymnastics and stuff. So my back always is killing me along with my wrists and ankles. What I do for my back is stretch it SOOOOOOO much you don't understand. Just practice the bridge and stuff. Do TaiJiQuan, it will help with all your joint problems, breathing, and prevent diseases. Look it up and research "TaiJiQuan" you'll find some interesting things and you can make your life span grow way bigger than it would be without doing TaiJiQuan.

Of course the whole advil/tylenol thing would be the first. Also, try taking a nice hot shower and getting a massage. mmmm

a massage, put some hot water over it, stretch it out, lay down on your back for a while, and have good posture when sitting in a chair

Alternate heat and cold, slight easy movement, OTC meds but don't just lay down.. that is the worst thing you can do....

It's green & it grows naturally - but for some odd reason the gov't made it illegal b/c it's too hard to tax.
