This time of year doens't make me depressed but I am having a really tough time this holiday season and I'm incredibly stressed out.
Words can't even explain how depressed I was yesterday. I was pushing everyone that cares for me away.

Always.
As for some peoples comments about feeling the true meaning of Christmas ... I would love for one of them to explain what that is ... and how you are supposed to feel it with all the crazy things going on in the world right now.

yes u are not alone. i've been more depressed this year. i've tried everyday to pull myself out of it but so far it has not worked,it gets worse everyday i'll be glad when the holidays are over. maybe it will leave then. i dont mind being alone most of the time but this season has really hit hard being alone theres no one there to hug up to or tell your problems. this too shall pass soon is what keeps me going on.and then the kids.

I get a little sad when I think of growing up in the 50's and going to my grandparents house and seeing them, my aunts and uncles, cousins, a lot of them are gone now...
