Certain people will say anything regardless if it is true or not true as long as it fits into their way of thinking.

Because people automatically think that the only reason that a player can hit homeruns is by using steroids. Sosa, however, was caught a few years ago for using a corked bat, so there is no telling how many homers he hit. A-Rod has been accused by Canseco, and many people belief that idiot because he was right about Palmeiro and McGwire. But Canseco never played with A-Rod, so how on earth would he know if he had taken them. I feel very sorry for A-Rod, who has a natural talent in the game and has been labeled as a druggie just because he is good. So if he is on drugs, I guess Vladimir Guerrero is too, or Ryan Howard, or David Ortiz, or Carlos Beltran. It is totally wrong to accuse someone of any crime without proof. Mitchell found proof on those 89 players, but not on A-Rod. In America, we do things as innocent until proven guilty.

The Mitchell Report was not a finalized list of all the people who have ever used steroids. Even George Mitchell said that the list was just of people HE was informed of using or buying steroids/HGH. He said there will be more investigations and lists to come in the future.

Specualtion that others used is still possible because of this.

People still accuse them of using because while they are not mention in the Mitchell report, it does not mean they did not do it. In fact, I'd be willing to bet that there are a lot more users that are not mentioned in the report. Remember, it's only cheating when you get caught.

Just because he was not in this report, doesn't mean he didn't use them. Mitchell didn't talk to every trainer, etc. only 2 that gave up many names. Stay tuned Sosa's name may or may not come up in the future.

The Mitchell Report was based almost completely on the testimony of one personal trainer, they barely scratched the surface on this whole thing, no one else was willing to talk to Mitchell. Just becuase other names weren't in there, doesn't mean they didn't take anything.

Because from now on anyone that played during the steroid era and was good will be accused. There will always be suspicions because there is no way of knowing for sure whether a player has take steroids or not.

You had to be tied up in one of 3 specific cases to be named in the Mitchell Report. Sosa wasn't mentioned, nor Gayrod. We accuse them of using simply because they use.

Here is how to find out if someone is on a PED; If they made it to the majors, they cheat.

95% of the names in the Mitchell Report came from just 3 sources, so there are tons of cheaters left who haven't been named yet. There's more out there.
