Great weather helps, but having your favorite team win is also very important. When you go to a game and your team loses it's almost like the entire experience has been a waste of time.
Not having obnoxious fans spill beer on you or be yelling obscenities also makes for a good time, as does a clean and appealing appearance of the stands and playing field.

When I go to a game I want to leave the problems of the day behind and relax in a world of baseball. I don't want to think about a lost sale or something I should have done differently, I want to watch a baseball game. For me there is nothing like Dodger stadium. When you come through Elysian Park going toward the stadium you enter an area surrounded by mountains and the stadium is sunk right in the middle. You go into the stadium and there are no distractions to catch your eye outside the park since it is all mountains. More than any other stadium I have been too, and I have been to many, Dodger stadium is designed to give the fan the best possible experience at a baseball game.

When I was a little kid and I went to my very first game, (at least when I was old enough to remember), it was like magic. All I ever knew as a fan was the image of my hero on TV or the picture on a baseball card. When I finally got the chance to actually go to a game, I remember walking through the tunnel and out to the lower level. There, about 50 feet away was Mickey Mantle, Roger Maris, Yogi Berra and Hank Bauer having a four way catch. There they were, in the flesh. My baseball cards had suddenly come to life!! My heart raced and the excitement has never left me.
Every time I walk into any stadium I can't help but think of that very first time! My oldest son when through the same experience when he finally got to see Mike Schmidt for the first time! That's what makes this game of baseball so great.

The smell of the fresh-mown grass, the little dirt that puffs up when a grounder goes through the infield, the smack! as a fastball goes to the catcher's mitt.
The cheers for Santana after another great outing!
Watching Justin Morneau find a pitch, and the loud crack of the bat as goes to deep right field.
Watching Torri Hunter speed to the wall, leap and then take a dinger away from the opposing team.
And the absolute best part is that for that 2 1/2 -3 hours, or however long the game takes, that absolutely nothing else matters.

Fenway has a nostalgic feel that is hard to beat. One really needs to go to experience it. There are a number of great and unique places to sit and watch a game. Hopefully you don't end up sitting behind a support beam though.
Safeco is a nice looking park and I would rank it as the most comfortable and convenient park to watch a game. There isn't a bad seat in the house and a retractable roof pretty much guarantees you will never have a game canceled due to inclement weather.

It's combination of various things besides the actual game on the field. For me, the regional cuisine and snacks from the local area, the different types of entertainment to get the crowd going, having the kids "run the bases" after Sunday afternoon games, special fun/entertainment areas for the fans, prize giveaways based on where you're seated and autograph sessions with the players. Those things make it lots of fun attending baseball games.
Also, sitting in the "Diamond Level" and in luxury suites of any stadium, especially in Oakland is great because they treat you like royalty, you receive free alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, free food not found in the concession stands and snacks pre packaged for you to bring home. On giveaway days, the item given away is received at the gate and also waiting for you on your seat at Diamond Level and the luxury suite.

I have seen the Red Sox in several different cities. I have also been to other ballgames in 7 or 8 different parks. It is great going to a ballgame, but for me personally Fenway is like home. I enjoy the crowd and all the rituals like Sweet Caroline, Dirty Water, etc. Going to a Red Sox road game is fun because the 10,000 Red Sox fans in attendance take it as a challenge to be noisier than the 30,000 home team fans--and generally succeed.

jointly because it seems like a honest difficulty, i do no longer think it quite is going to ever ensue. in the event that they might have positioned a retractable roof on the stadium the probabilities for this to be a certainty would be extra accepting. The chilly climate is going to discourage the NFL from doing it. there'll be uproar approximately playing in the chilly, we does no longer % to freeze the warmth climate communities and make it "unfair" for them against a team like the Giants/Jets or Packers who're used to the chilly. additionally they're going to say followers won't like it, they gained't % to freeze on the super Bowl. i'm no longer asserting I disagree with the belief, I do merely no longer think of it quite is going to ensue.

Baseball.......
There's nothing better than a baseball game in a crowded stadium.
Even if its early in the season and you have to sit in the rain when its 40 degrees, its much better than your best day at work!!!!
