I have a katana SCP-6600 and I dont know which number on the back under the battery is the serial number.
the is the FCC ID then the DEC which I know is the esn number, then there is HEX??? I dont know if the serial number is the same as the esn number. It all confusing. I would appreciate any help. Thank you

This is from the user manual at the link, below:
"The model number, regulatory number and serial number are located on a nameplate inside the battery compartment."
It might be BEHIND the battery.
If that doesn't work, check out the package it came in (if you still have it), or just go to your local Sprint/Nextel retailer for assistance (you can also call, e-mail, or phone them, and get a much faster and more accurate response than you would from this website!).
