Cuddling should occur if the act is done with a loved one. It should be maintained for about 5 -10 minutes or longer if either party requires it. Cuddling is a natural act of affection between two people who have been intimate. It is for many an extension of the act. It is important and should not be treated as a burden. That being said, if you maintain the position and your arm starts to twitch in pain, then lay next to one another and continue cuddling in a more comfortable position.
Cuddling in and by itself can be very rewarding for some and does not then require that sex actually takes place. If in love, one should cuddle more often than doing the deed. This is were a lot of men drop the ball so to speak. They don't feel the need to cuddle and cut it short, they are just setting themselves up for guilt, pain and nagging. Take the time after the act to reinforce your feelings for your lady and you will be rewarded. Skip it and ye' shall pay the price for your insolence.

Well for one, he may have just been making that up to "brag" to you guys. Secondly, not everybody gets crazy tired after orgasming. And it's not like, cuddling takes a lot of energy.

Boy, don't think like this. Just be your self. If you feel like cuddling cuddle otherwise just go for it.
Life is too short for calculating these type of things.

What? Do you and your partner keep track of minutes on a chart or something. Man... I am glad that my partner and I don't. That would be a turn off for both of us. Keeping track of what things or actions are worth and how much time spent on them would signal to me that maybe there is a big problem here and perhaps things are going bad. Just a thought.

your problem is that cuddling should be something you want to do and to be so busy trying to figure out when you can get up and leave and figure out its worth. its called affection. sex isn't everything in a relationship, its a bit part but not everything.

I love to cuddle with my wife! No sex needed or owed!
We do it on the couch at night after supper with the kids playing. We do it in bed falling asleep too!
Who doesn't want to cuddle?
