I'd probably go with Michael Jackson. Knowing his father Joe, he probably had quite a few problems as a kid both with bruises and probably violence. He probably both attracted it and gave it out, so I could see him being in a lot of fights.
If not Jackson, I would probably think George W. Bush. I know he had some problems with grades as a kid, and the drinking when older. I don't know for certain, but one would assume he probably worked his way up to drunk driving. Most likely he had a few problems beforehand and probably something that could get him tossed at school.
