Did - you say this as if it were past tense. They are currently selling our economic soul to China.
I'm sure that there are many reasons why but I feel that the unions are the major reason. Their demands have pushed the cost of American made products out of reach of the consumer. Were we competitively priced in the marketplace, less would be imported from China thus decreasing our dependency on their low quality goods.

We presently do no longer owe China $10 Trillion, yet will by ability of the top of Obama's merely term. human beings easily own an excellent form of u.s.'s debt, as do many different international locations. China is becoming a extensive creditor, yet does not own all of it yet.

The people in our Government care nothing about Our country or its people. They care nothing about upholding our Constitution and as soon as they are elected they sell out to lobbyist and Special interest groups instead of listening to the people. They care nothing about oaths of office and promises.
I would gladly pay more for Made in America but I cant seem to find those products anymore. Loss of industry and jobs have forced people to shop at places like Walmart in order to survive and have enough money for needs. Walmart wasn't always stocked with made in china stuff. Sam Walton is rolling in his grave.

Sell out? Why should anyone buy expensive goods from Us instead of cheap goods from China or India. Why subsidies lazy people in Minnesota when you can buy good things from Shanghai?

A "Christian" Republican who has publicly acknowledged that he has never made a mistake, allowed the dollar to float when he could have propped it up. He also denied global warming and refused to put a cap on industrial emissions because he did not want to offend the establishment.

Because the American public chose low price and low quality over slightly more expensive American made goods. It has been a downward spiral ever since. Cheapass Americans! It's our own fault!

They want to save money, so that's why we get low-quality products. I guess our government hasn't learned it's lesson yet: "you get what you pay for."
