My friends get a hug; some get a hug and cheek-kiss. My buddies get a "hey" and a high-five or some sort of casual greeting.
You'd get a big hug!

Girl friends gets a hug and guy friends gets a hand shake and 'hey.' But if it's a friend i haven't seen in a long time, hug and a kiss on cheek to a girl and hug to a guy.

It really depends on the friend. If it is a really close friend, a hug and a quick kiss on the lips (unless he/she has a cold) followed by a how are you?. If it is a coworker, I just greet them with a simple hi or a handshake if the occasion warrants.

Depends on who it is. But usually, a simple "hey", unless I haven't seen that person in a while -- at which point I give them a kiss on the cheek.

I literally don't have any REAL friends, but with my associates I just say hey. I've never been the affectionate type, this girl I know tried to hug me and I literally pulled away like get off of me. Hmmm, maybe that's something I should work on...
Or maybe I'm just not the affectionate type because I don't have anybody that I care enough to want to be affectionate with...

We all kiss, but the lips never really touch the cheeks. It's typical here. Even for straight men who are friends.
