Well, I love tuna patties made from canned tuna & I think it depends on the brand, but often fish fillets are just large sticks. Not being much of a seafood eater & limited to Shrimp which I absolutely LOVE as long as it's not mixed with pasta or other meats, I do like canned tuna & smoked salmon as well as fish & chips as long as it's made with cod, but I've always love frozen fish sticks or fillets. They come pre fried & always have had them baked. Leftovers are good to throw in a pan and heat just like that as adding oil is not necessary.

Thanx, you just reminded me that I have leftover fish fillets from Long John Silvers to eat for lunch.

None of the above. Fish of any kind not my thing but once in a super, super great while I will eat some. Shrimp, lobster, crab on the other hand - yeah. Not fried though.

This is funny, I just decided to make fish for dinner tonight and then I see your q. Well, I'm having breaded fish fillets, shrimp, and mussels tonight. Mussels and fish in the oven and the breaded shrimp in the deep fryer. You must have read my mind here.

Grilled salmon with a teryaki sauce with white wine. Or fried whiting with some good ol' tartar sauce. Chased by some sweet tea with lemon. Oh yeah!
