New Zealand has its problems. jointly with: * Butch guy-hating feminazis pushing their selfish schedule politically. * components overvaluation by hypothesis. * extreme quantity of hashish abuse. * problems with methanphetamine. * A suicide cost bigger than we'd like. * Emmigration to Britain and Australia. * A extreme street toll. * Poorly planned cities and damaging public transport. * Crappy governments on account that 1975 (in my apolitical opinion). * A enhance in GNP that has lagged in the back of the the remainder of the OECD. * and there is the load of being 2000km from everywhere, and those places being our commerce opposition. yet regardless of all that the pros of NZ nevertheless outweigh the cons. And this wierdo called 'sweenysteve' would take place and say NZ has: * damaging roads * And Auckland has a worse crime cost than NYC. relax certain he's conversing out his ar-e, he's in all risk some naive yank who's listened to clueless Aussie rednecks over the cyber web. NZ's roading community is unquestionably one in all the main progressed and nicely maintained in the worldwide and crime in Auckland is sensationalised. And as for this business enterprise in Napier, this could be a FREAK prevalence. Policemen almost in no way get killed in the line of accountability in NZ.

It's shaking only a little. We woke up thinking the cat had finally succeeded in nudging that ugly bust off the mantlepiece, but it was just a short tremble. They do make weird noises though, those quakes...

I missed it! I live in Marlborough, where they said it was felt quite well and I missed it!!!!

I did experience one in Otago in 2003 that was a 7.1, but I was a hundred or so km from it!!! AND the one in Canterbury 6.7 in 1994...that was a good shake! I saw trees swaying and felt the ground going up and down under my feet!
