Pelosi and Reid I don't know.. as they are polled as part of a body usually. Hillary, as a Presidential Candidate is polled in different polls and can range from 30%-60% depending on the poll and the day.
The person with the lowest approval rating of all? It actually is NOT GWB. It's Dick Cheney who averages 8-12%

Pelosi, nationwide, 21% and California 33%. Clinton, nationwide 41% and New York 12%. Reid, nationwide 18% and Nevada 48%. Sources: various web databases. But there are millions of sources, and obviously you can find others that say differently.
