Is watching and copying an adult film with your spouse a sin when you consider that Christ says that looking lustfully at someone other than your spouse is adultery?

One more thing, I wasn't asking in regards to the Ten Commandments, I was asking in regards to Christ's comments on adultery.

Well the bible also says that what happens in the marital bed is not a sin. So, I'm not sure. Maybe because you're viewing the film WITH your wife instead of without her makes it OK? Not really sure.

This may be a new idea for you but hear me out. If you want to know what is a sin and what isn't.......talk to God. Do you have more faith in strangers on the internet than your own relationship with God? Come on! You have bigger problems than this if you don't know the right answer to that one. Or do you already know the answer to your own question and you're looking for a way to justify your behavior by using us? This is between you and God.

Technically & according to the commandments, YES, it is a sin (lust), but it is NOT adultery. Adultery means having sex with somone other than your spouse.

But shame on you anyway.

Feel better now?

Intersting question.....looking at a porn is a sin but being with your wife/husband is not. I would think that because one is a sin and the other isnt the entire thing is a SIN

This is the problem when you try to apply specifics of 2000 year old logic to society today. What applied 20 years ago isn't necessarily how things are today little own 2000 years ago...

Did you know the Catholic Church sponsors Porn in Finland because the birth rate is dropping so much there? It's true. So, if the Church says porn is ok for married people, then it's ok for you too. Merry Christmas. Go watch some porn:)

If Christ is an authority to you, then you should listen.

Otherwise - think for yourself, Large Mammal!

I'm a christian, of sorts. After hearing how complete books of the bible have been left out. I've come to one conclusion, go with whats in your heart. If you feel it's wrong it probably is.

If you want to run your life based on a religon, than that is ok, but you can't go back and forth and change your mind all the time either.
