And I mean legitimately stuck, not just a song you were singing because you like it.

Best: Salvation by Rancid
Worst: Copacabana by Barry Manilow

Note: Copacabana was probably the worst for everyone around me, but I was belting out those lyrics like there was no tomorrow!

Worst: Barbie Girl (some people I used to work with got really into it when it first came out and it was just torturous)
the Don't You Wish Your Girlfriend Was Hot Like Me song. I hate that Heinekin commercial. It just gets stuck there and won't leave.
You're Making My Dreams Come True - Hall and Oats. Not the worst tune or anything, I liked Hall and Oats in the 80s, but thanks to the Wedding Singer I had that song in my head for, and I'm not exaggerating 3 weeks straight. Nothing would get it out for more than an hour or so. I'm not sure how I got rid of it, but it was awful.

Best: mainly because it's the new solution I have for the song that won't get out of my head. I try to put the harmonica line at the beginning of Love Me Do by the Beatles and it clears the bad stuff right out and goes away when I want it to. I don't know how it works, but its helped a lot over the last few months. It even got that song from the Heights (another difficult one) out when Mike got it stuck in my head a little while back.

Oh my God, I haven't thought about Fish Heads in a long time. That was an maddening one.

I was whitetail deer hunting one day and I had the song Higher by Creed in my head for about 3 or 4 hrs until I shot a 8 pt buck.A few years before that I had The Rain Song by Led Zeppelin stuck in my head for a couple of hours and I shot a 3 pt buck. Ironically I hate the song Higher and I love The Rain Song.

Best: Blitzkrieg Bop- Ramones

Worst: Margaritaville- Jimmy Buffett.
That song is like nails on a chalkboard while squeaking plastic furnature coverings and getting splinters in your fingernails annoying to me. I HATE Jimmy Buffett (If you can't tell that already).

Best - Well, among my all time favorite songs is "Seasons" by Tyketto... I tend to get the bridge from that one stuck often.

Worst - "Fish heads fish heads, rolly polly fish heads, fish heads fish heads, eat them up yum!"

You know you're a child of the 80s if you remember that one.

NP: "Should I Be Damned" - Backyard Babies

The problem I always have, is that it's not the whole song, just one or two lines going around... and around... and around!

Best : Family Man ~ Mike Oldfield

Worst : I'd prefer not to remember, in case they get stuck again!
