No,the heart you show is a representative heart,for such as love,sorrow,heartfelt pain etcetera. Could you imagine if people had to draw anatomically correct hearts,we would be a nation of doctors and great artists and not much more.Engineer,no,but how do like my heart.

No, its more or less oval shaped, a little broader at the top and divided into four chambers, two at the top and two at the bottom.
