You just need to learn how to do it, you're probably not doing it right. It has never worked for me until I learned how to do it right. Now it's almost as good as sex.

Woman Masterbating At Work

Amanda:

Everyone is different. There is masturbation through water (using a shower head). Masturbation by fabric (where you have to have some sort of cloth or material over you so that there is not direct contact), or any other variation.

You very well may want to be in a totally relaxed atmosphere. In order to masturbate, there is no specific technique. You just keep touching where it feels good to you and then increase the pressure, or the frequency. There is no specific timeline or sequence. You can also touch other parts of your body that you enjoy (such as your breasts).

Just relax, and take your time. It will happen.

Well... most women don't get anything from penetration anyway, even with a vibrator it's hard to get just the right spot. You should be focusing your attention to the outside, be really gentle. Don't rough it up. Men just need physical stimulation, and they can get what they need. A lot of it is mental with women. I didn't have my first O until I got married and my husband gave me one. You might need a fantasy, something to think about while you're working on it.

Create a dark intimate surrounding, or whatever gits ya goin and try using the vibration on the clitoris. Sorry if im being too blunt. Another perosn was very right, women hardly get anything from the actual insertion anyhow. I know i've never had an orgasm without clitoral stimulation.

Masterbating isn't supposed to work. Gadgets and whatever isn't supposed to work. What'll work is a loving, caring intimate relationship with your husband. Then love-making will work. All this other stuff is nothing but lust with no meaning and it'll keep you trying and trying and trying, and looking and looking and looking, over and over and over again, going from man to man to man trying to find what God intended to be shared between a loving, caring, and responsible husband and wife.

It is possible to live without being sexually active. Sex is not a requirement for life. So, if you wait until the right moment comes, you'll be so happy you didn't spend your time playing with yourself, inserting gadgets in yourself, and being with whatever man who's willing to have sex with you.

You aren't using the right techinque. Try it at night in your bed in a dark room, think about some hot guy you like, and then do it. You should google it and find out some better techniques. I would tell you but it will just get deleted anyway.

I think this site should come up for you. www.clitical.com . This site will address the issues you are talking about. Also try a search for female masturbation. There are alot of good sites. And alot of the problem could be your age, stress and emotional states. These can all affect your ability. But keep trying you will figure it out.

Talk to your obgyn as it might have something to do with a medical condition... yes us women have problems just the same as men do. If your doc can't help he or she will refer you to someone who can. There are specialists and meds that can help or natural remedies....just do some research and talking to your doc. And relax while you are trying... don't get frustrated that will only delay things.
