Use a neti pot. It's a very old method that works very well. You can purchase it at a pharmacy or a health food store. It's nasal irrigation with saline solution. It helps treat sinus infections without any drugs or any harm to your baby. I recommend to use it while taking a hot shower. Here's an instructional video.

Sinusitis, or sinus congestion, is very common in pregnancy.
Remember that these symptoms may also be caused by a common cold or even flu. If you have a temperature, or if you are at all concerned, contact your doctor or midwife.
It is not easy to prevent sinus congestion although reducing dairy food intake may possibly help. (Don't cut out dairy products from your diet without talking to your doctor
first, as they are a valuable source of calcium in pregnancy).
Eucalyptus (inhaled) is safe as an essential oil in small doses. Put two drops of the oil on a tissue or add to a bowl of hot water, to use as steam inhalation with a towel over your head.
Some antibiotics used for sinus infections are safe to use in late pregnancy, so try using these remedies until you can get an appointment with your doctor. You need to be properly diagnosed and not leave an infection untreated.
