Right path, wrong person, Your inability to go a long time with out a relaitoship shows how little you like your own company. Couple that with the fact that you and him are emotionally distant people well you've got a relatioship set to fail. The fact was you were right to go with your best-friend, love is natural in that arena, the bad thing, is neither of you know how to do it right. Your still stuck on immature ideals of what love is, you guys can't even see that you were always in love, becuase you felt for each other, the only thing thats changed is the intensity of that love, unfornutly your communication with each other hasn't. Mostly because he definetly isn't mature enough to know exactly how to use a girl for what he needs, and something tells me because of your cronic dating pratice, you don't ether, so pain, heart-breck, is going to be your friends, unless you guys can communicate honestly.... such is the nature of love.... lets just say that you can do a romantic love relaitonship right now, but a true love relationship which is the only thing that could come out of that, is sort of out of your grasp, no offense... just work on yoru communication is all thats needed....
