That's considered GROSS...carry him to the doc, that's what I'd do, i don't know about cannibalism but that's so nasty....just find a way for him to stop doing that....i hope he doesn't get all sick and stuff...

No,That's considered gross...
Scabs contain lots of bacteria from the wound it was covering... & dried blood...blood carries all kinds of infections if the person he got it from has some type of one...
