Well I usually start out slowly with a longish drink, like sex on the beach, or even a beer or two. Then before dinner I'll have a couple of gin and tonics to refresh. With dinner either a bottle of Cabernet Sauvignon or white Rioja, or a Shiraz or a good red Rioja, depending on what meat it ish.
