Genvieve,Guenevere, Mayme, Ruth, Gertrude, Deborah, Annabell, Constance, Sylvia,Jean, Lucia , Rebecca, Frances, Harriet, Louisa, Charlotte, Edith, Willa,of course the oldest female name is Eve. Any name from the bible is old of course. You could always go to a cemetary and find the oldest headstones.

There is always the ever popular Kathryn. My daughter`s middle name is Lorilei and that is not seen too often. Also, my granddaughter is Hanah. That is a very old fashioned name but sort of popular now. How about Lydia, Ernestine, Winniefred, Anna, Susan, and the list goes on and on. Don`t forget Gretchan.
