the best solution is :

find out with is your problem with ur self...
try to solve if cant get back to me..
i will give u some tips..

but still u should take care of ur diet as well becz things like mcdonals, burger king also leads to depression...

I've been there before and I can tell you, when you reach the point of being suicidal, it almost is as if all emotion shuts down....it's not so much a feeling that everything is crap, it's no feeling at all. It's an absence of feeling to such extent that the thought of ending your own life doesn't bother you at all, not for the loss of life itself, or for the amount of hurt it would cause anyone else. Lacking any feeling whatsoever, it just doesn't matter. If you have enough emotion left to still feel that everything is crap, you probably aren't at the suicidal stage.

I hope you're doing well, my friend. If you are feeling such despondency, please get help; if I can help somehow, let me know.

I think there is a big difference between being depressed and feeling like life is crappy and feeling like life is no longer worth living to the point of ending it.

If you know someone who is depressed, it may be a good idea to feel them out and see just how bad it is in case they are in a really bad place.

It might be depression but not severe and surely not the point of suicide. I agree with Jack if you are still feeling then you are still living..
lots of days I think everything is crap but I still want to keep living..

I'm glad it's not you you're talking about. It does seem like feeling like crap can lead to being suicidal if you let things go too far without getting some help.

That's disillusionment, depression could follow but also could a new way of seeing the world, a personal revelation if you like.
