How old are you? Ears grow faster than heads. Give it time it will match up. Don't stick your ears down to stop them growing. They will then grow but your head won't!

Well Dumbo, you can always ask Dinah Doll for so strong tape and just tape them back.
Perhaps Mr Sparks will have a way to trim them for you. He does like a challange, you know.
