Sometimes at night I start getting really bad pains in my stomach and it hurts so bad that I have to get up and throw up. After I throw up, I feel fine and I am able to go back to bed and get a good night's sleep. This happens pretty often. What is causing this to happen?

I was going to say pregnancy but you said there was no way that could be it. Do you have a guilty conscience about something? Guilt can cause you to vomit, guilt also can come at night when everything is quiet and we are alone with are thoughts.
I would go to the doctor if its possible, hope you're alright.

Depends on how late your eating and how soon you go to bed after eating. Sounds like a blockage to me but I'm no doctor and it sounds like you might need one.
