That looks like a good combination that will make a nice tank, but you shouldn't put more than one angelfish in there unless they are both for sure female, which is impossible to know. Otherwise, even a mated pair will eventually fight and one or both will die from the stress. If you get a pair when they're small, they will be fine for a while and you can watch, but if one starts on the other, you should return one of them to the store as they will not stop. It's best to go to a local store for healthy fish anyway, and they are more likely to allow you to return them, usually for credit. You should get only one dwarf gourami because they are always male and the same thing will happen: one will harass the other to death. Also, with live bearers, it's best to either get only females or 1 male for 3 females as they tend to harass the females and having 1:3 lessens the stress for the "girls." Everything else looks good. Be sure to allow the finished growth size for the inches/gallon on all those except the angelfish. They need 10 gallons each dedicated to them.
Be sure to cycle your tank:

and look here for good info on each species:

You can keep an eye on the neons, but I've never seen them bothered by angelfish, though I have heard of it. I think it's rarely a problem. Also, live plants will be very nice in that tank and the corydoras would appreciate soft, dark sand as a substrate. Their barbels get messed up on sharp gravel.

If you live in australia why don't you get rainbow fish? They are native to australia and new guinea, and they have they best colors of any freshwater fish i've seen. I would reccomend getting a school 0f 5 boesemani rainbows, a school of 5 praecox rainbows, and a school of soem other type of rainbow fish or maybe some tetras. You will not be dissatisfied with rainbow fish!

about 6-10 cardinal tetras and maybe 2-3 of everythingelse. The only thing i dont like is the angelfish. They can get quite large and eat your tetras and guppies. It may not even make it to be that old because both of those fish are notorious for nipping at fins. And with the angelfish's long fins they will get to them, stress him out, the kill him

if I were you, id go for 3 angelfish, 15 adult (if they arent adult, the angels will eat them) cardinal tetras, and 10 leopard corydoras. it will look natural, as you will have fish all from one ecosystem, not to mention a lively aquarium.
