okay today I just went to the craft store to buy my girl friend a gift and these 2 guys working on a light, were totally starring at me I felt so uncomfurtable.....cause hello I'm married, but In a way i felt attractive. do you women ever feel good when you get a stare once in awhile, cause now your older and you don't get that as much. Don't get my wrong my hubby is so sweet and is always complementing me. but wow it made my day. (kind of like that one episode in "King Of Queens" when Carrie was deppresed that she does not get gocked at anymore, so Doug payed these construction workers to holler at her. It made her feel attractive....I love that show.)

Oh I also forgot to add the laddie who was at the check stand just kept telling me that they we're perverts and when they walked by me they looked at me up & down. I simply replied OMG "hello I'm married' but deep inside I was smiling. I never have a break from daughter so today was a treat LOL.

LOL, yes!

I took it for granted when I was younger, smaller and pre-baby! I've recently lost some of my pregnancy weight and the looks are starting to come back again. It does feel good!
I found it annoying when I was younger, now I relish it. :-)
I love it when guys come up to me, and I tell them I am married and I have a two year old, they always give me a very surprised look.

You are officially a hot wifey..hot momma if u have kids!

BTW, I love King of Queens too!

I have a 20 y/o son and I have to admit that when his college friends come over and flirt with me and tell me I'm a hot mommy I still feel good about myself and I feel flattered.

Personally, I like it when guys check me out unless they get rude or vulgar. It is just nice to know that you are still attractive to the other sex. Trust me, at 42, it makes me feel good!!

I'm married w/ a toddler & when I get checked out I love it & always make sure to tell my hubby. I think it makes him feel good too.

Everyone feels that way, even men. yes, we have our spouses but once in a while we feel good about ourselves when other men/women look because it tells us were still attractive to the opposite sex. I think it's ok to feel this way.

yes, it alwasy makes me feel good when others notice me. It is a sign of "Hey, I still have it!" I ask my husband all the time, dont' you want to be with someone that others want??? He gets jealous sometimes so I have quit telling him when others flirt. It's good for the ole' ego.

Being checked out is a good feeling. Being stared at creepy.

Yeah, you'll have that, and it's understandable - but the most important compliments and stares are always and forever going to be those coming from your husband.

there is nothing wrong with liking a compliment from time to time it just let's you know that you still have it and feeling good about youeself is not crime right. like they say you have to love yourself before you can love anyone else.

I think that it is always nice to know that other people besides your husband thinks that you look good. I love hearing it from my husband, but it does more for me when a stranger can't quit looking.
