You can to a degree. I'm very shy. I realized at one point that it was holding me back, so I worked very hard on overcoming my shyness. It's worked very well for me, however, I'm still very shy inside and I have times where I have to fight with myself to hide it.

With some things, hiding your weaknesses will eventually spill over in a negative way. I mean if you have to be who you really are not all the time, a point will come where you can't take it any longer.

I think the best way to go about it is, learn to mask your weaknesses while you work on doing away with them completely (or as nearly as you can).

I don't know what you mean by earn.

People respect strength, not weakness. Self pity is one of the most universally disgusting personality traits. Everyone knows that everyone else has weaknesses, but NO ONE wants to see yours, and showing them usually won't serve you one bit.

You understand the Quote:
Strength is life. Weakness is Death

You are paid anywhere in the world , only for ur strength and for ur skills. Not for ur weakness.
You pay attention only to ur strength not towards ur weakness.
The most important thing in ur life is good self-image.
So pls think and pay attention about ur strengths and not about ur weakness.
