Nope nothing you can do.

Wear tampons and change frequently.

Water WILL NOT STOP or slow a period down, it only SEEMS like it does, but it does not. Don't do this. Wear a tampon.

if you're speaking about excellent this on the spot - i'm afraid no longer! Baths and easy workout can help velocity up a era by flushing the fluid out immediately, yet in case you advise immediately & you have not any pads - no longer a good idea. All i will indicate is that you position on a pantyliner and some rest room paper & flow purchase them your self. basically take a life like length of loo roll and fold it up so as that it suits onto the pantyliner. it may help you're taking up any extra fluid, even if it may sense uncomfortable and it isn't as absorbent as a pad - so make it a short procuring vacation! some public bogs have dispensers - might want to there be one closer than a save and also you're quite determined. (by public, I advise like in a eating position or cinema or some thing) Sorry i will't be a lot extra help to you - good success! P.S: because you're at living house, there is likely some thing else you would possibly want to apply rather of loo paper, like a folded up fabric or some thing.
