attend Kaiser College for the Ultrasound Program? They won't tell me over the phone, and I don't want to go in for the "tour". Anybody been there, done that?

That’s the way they get you....they want you to come in so they can "sell” you the program. Usually if the program is an insane amount of money, they don’t want to tell you over the phone for fear you will just hang up and never come in....at least if you come in they can convince you to ask everyone in your life to cosign on a loan to get in.

have you tried looking at local community colleges/tech schools first.....they are usually way cheaper and usually easily recognized by local businesses.

I agree with the others. Keiser (I assume this is what you mean, because there is no Kaiser College) is a trade school, and they offer a lot of information on financial aid, but none about what it actually costs. The equivalent would be buying a car based on monthly payments, without their telling you what the car costs. It sounds very much like a scam to me.

If they won't tell you over the phone, assume it's a scam of some sort. Any respectable college would tell you their fees. Go somewhere else.
