for a person who has a "plain face" to look amazing if they put lots of effort into their make-up, hair and clothes? Like, if they worked really hard on getting a "hot", toned body, and an amazing haircut, and dressed really nice and in fashion. Just wondering what your opinions were. And how do you think somebody can make the best of what they have? Thanks in advance x

if you are really careful with the way you dress, put make up, cut your hair.. and try to hide your "bad" points and show off your "good" you can look as the most beautiful girl in the world... everybody has a beauty. But in order to achieve all the above u will spent a lot of money and time...

Yes, it's very possible. If you have like Okay features, like a small nose, maybe average lips, and just shaped plain eyes, you can do a lot. If you add some color to your lips, and put on eye make up, and do a hairstyle that fits you, then you can look very pretty. Makeup outlines and accentuates.
But you don't just need the features I described to become amazing looking. You can have a big nose, and probably look just as amazing.

yes makeup is amazing, i have a friend thats very unfortuned looking, but shes got a kick *** body and an amazing wordrobe and she doesnt look bad at all

yes it takes time and effort you dont have to be toned. im on the chubby side and i think i look ok
