i am 31 and last december my period triped up 8 days late december 2006 could this be my period changing again?? i also have been feeling a little sick at times, but comes and goes, could this be i will be having a heavier period when it finally does come? cramping on and off , feel like it's going to start but nothing, could i just make it come on?? i am tired of this. yuckkkkk!

Take a pregnacy test.If thats not it I would get on the pill if your not already cause the pill helps regulate your period!!!
