Cassius is all right, I guess. He could always shorten it to "Cass". The name also reminds me of the Cassius in Shakepeare's play, who conspired to kill Julius Ceaser. Personally, I would have chosen Cassidy instead.

I kind of like Steele as a middle name. It actually flows well with the first name.

How do you even pronounce the first one. I wouldn't name my child anything that the rest of the world can not pronounce

Not high on my list. will he be called Cass or Cash? Perhaps Steelie? Nicknames are sometimes cruel; best not to set a kid up for self image problems due to the taunting of others.
