Oblong. Not oval. http://www.visual-makeover.com/face.htm If you had an oval face your jaw line (this is not your chin) would be a little more tapered. Since it isn't and because you have a high forehead, this puts you at the Oblong shape.
Use a measuring tape to determine it. If your face were oval it would be 1.5 times the length that it is the width, meaning if your face were 4.5" wide, the length would be 6.75" long. If it's any longer than this then it's oblong.
