Is it safe for me to control my period with taking the birth control on different weeks?

I am on the birth control aviane, and am about to hit the week where I am supposed to allow my period to start,

would it be safe for me to push back my period a week and go ahead and jump to next week's pack, and then take the dead week after that?

PLEASE get approval from your DOCTOR about this.

And, since this is actually the first month on the pill, you might not even get it on the fourth week (it took me three months to get my period!).

Talk to your DOCTOR.

No you can't do it like that. For best results just skip the period all together and take the next pack all in order.
