after taking the depo provera shot, when having sex i bleed alot, so i have stop. Why?

i took the shot around November 26.

It could be a side effect of the Depo-Provera itself. When I was considering Depo-Provera several years ago for my medical issues one of the things that I was told was that breakthrough bleeding was a side effect of the medication I could have problems with.

I would recommend checking with your doctor as well to see what they say.
