First of all, why waste both of their time? You obviously don't want your fiance if you're screwing around on her, and since you call the other person your "affair partner" it seems like you don't take her seriously. It's better if you end one or both relationships now rather than wait until it will hurt more for all parties involved. if you need to "sew wild oats" or something do it without putting someone else's feelings on the line.
