Can anyone list specific initiatives in (1) healthcare, (2) Income Tax, (3) the problems of the innter city that he would champion or spearhead as president(and have a source, please). When Shelia Copps ran in Canada - the only potential leader of a first or second party in Canada I actually joined a party to vote for - she published detailed proposals of what she would like to achieve as PM. Do any of the democratic candidates have something similar(and where?)
