Take it to the dealer. You didn't mention if the car is under warranty or not. Beware of some transmission shops, I have seen them give free inspections, and then when the work wasn't authorized by the owner, they put the transmission parts in the truck and said they were done. He had to have the car towed to another shop to have the work done.
good luck.

Sounds like you have a driveline problem, either the transmission or the clutch. Would be a good time to take it in and get it looked at, not a good situation.

Any good garage/repair shop should be able at least to give you a diagnosis - you pays your money and takes your chance. It may just be a fluid problem, which anyone can change or top up.

get the tranny fluid and filter changed ASAP and have them add a bottle of Lucas transmission fix to free up any stuck valves in it.

If it's a manual shift your clutch is probably toast.
If its automatic you may have lost some fluid.
