LOL Hmmmmmm I do believe its like fat that has settled. Kinda like in canned beef stew- every so often u will get that white crap on top? Its fat that kinda settles in place. NASTY huh? Hey now- I love fried spam if its really really fried good and almost burnt on bread with a little mustard! LOL
