Well, I can give you two answers. Before my illness and surgery, when I was working and keeping a full schedule, I read perhaps a few hours a week. Now, it is more like three to four hours per day. It is all about time, how much you have, and how much of it you want to spend with a book. Since I have all day to relax, time is just not an issue.

This summer, I read the entire Harry Potter series in 4 days. Over three months, I read over 70 books.... So I spend entirely too much time reading.

Depends if i have a good book or not. At the moment i do not, therefore, i am not reading.
When i have a good book then i have my nose stuck into it until the last page, then i bore other people to death about how great it was.
Overall, i'd say i spend a fair few hours reading a week.

I commute by train, and read both directions. And recently I've been reading a lot more in the evenings--instead of watching TV, which I'm enjoying less and less.

I just finished one book on the train to work this morning, so I might have to pick up a new one before heading home. :-)

I love to read and I either buy a book each week or borrow one from the library. I've just finished reading "Midnight Bayou" by Nora Roberts. It was great. Also, I'm a writer and I've recently become a published author. I'd be honored if you'd visit my website at http://www.rubysbooks.i8.com.

I only read books in bed, but probably about 2 hrs. a day. Before I go to sleep and before I get up in the morning.

I love reading books, however it is hard to find time to do it. When I start a book though, a good book, I have to finish it.
