Listen to the words a stage hypnotist uses. You don't have to have hypnotised them previously. You tell them what is going to happen to them adn that they will be hypnotised when you click your fingers. When you have built up that expectation and they are ready to accept the suggestion, you click your fingers and say the words. Usually you move something in front of their face at the same time or touch a shoulder. THis causes slight confusion of the senses in conjunction with the expectation, and away they go. They have to be willing participants though.
