Do Americans instruct the government what they think the government should do or is Hillary the great self-enttled queen handing out little gifts to all the little people?

"Where did I put that pre-k education g i f t to the people?"

Are these all real problems that Americans expect their government to get up off it's rump and join in and do some things about, or this is really just part of a Christmas wish-list we hope Santa-Claus-Hillary will give us if all the little people haven't been too naughty, but nice?

The fact that Hillary, and anyone in her campaign think this is cute, is horrifying.

Does she expect Americans will remain amused?

Doesn't she realize these are things Americans are eager to work on, to do contribute to making happen by cooperating together? Not royal pompous "gifts" to all the little people of the nation. Is it any wonder she screwed up the first efforts of many people

to get healthcare off the ground and functioning, and hasn't learned nearly as much from her mistake as she imagines she has?

It is interesting that you saw that ad the same way I did. It reminded me of the old "vote for me and I'll give you a buck" ads!
She is the most arrogant person I have heard in this campaign-she would fit right in with Leona Hensley--I am better than you peasants and "DON'T FORGET IT""!!! I'm too good to pay taxes, but vote for me and I will give you candy!!

That's two questions:

"Do Americans instruct the government what they think the government should do"

The answer is a resounding "sometimes." The government is supposed to "represent" us (the people) but not a strict representation by proxy.

"is Hillary the great self-enttled queen handing out little gifts to all the little people?"

The answer is yes. I don't have any personal opinions about Hillary at all; I don't know the woman personally. I do disagree whole heartily to her Marxist ideology. She believes that when people are in need the government should provide based on taking from those who have less need. "to each according to his need, from each according to his ability". I sternly disagree with this.

The government has not successfully done ANYTHING with any social program. NOT ONE. Why would anyone vote for someone who want to create more programs without fixing the current ones? If the government were to address most of its bloat and waste, taxes would not have to be raised and it could be leaner and more efficient.

Let's have some small successes in government before we decide to make it bigger and more powerful.

Not only do you rant and make an illogical switch from government to Hillary. But you must be a product of the No Child Left Behind system if you don't believe Pre-K to be one of the greatest ways to improve education in our nation. The numbers don't lie.

Come on, she's running for president. She obviously has a following and all the griping and whining isn't going to change anything.
I've seen the Christmas commercials for other candidates and they're not much better.
