My husband and I have to do random UA's for Social Services because of a personal thing. He popped 2 niacin (ones that completely take out drugs) Monday (500mg each) and yesterday he got called to do his. He hasn't taken any drugs and his UA came out POSITIVE. Our daughter got taken away and we want to know WHAT WENT WRONG?

WHAT WENT WRONG?????

I had baby at 18. I've never had an issue with DCYS or SS, or drugs, or alcohol. I went to college. I make over 50K a year now 10 years after having a baby, and I now live a very satisfying life.

I'll take your daughter, my husband and I will raise her, and she will live a happy life and never be neglected or grow up with junkie parents.

You've screwed up. Just pray that the foster home does NOT have a molester living in it.

I can't have more kids, and it's people like you that have me in tears. You can have babies, a baby GIRL even... and then you choose drugs over college and a fulfilling life. People like you make people like me, really, REALLY sad!!

Grow up and clean up. Learn to love what you have.

EDIT: You are pregnant again??? You work at McDonalds??? You can't even buy your children clothes?? OH LORD. Please stop reproducing. They'll give you the pill for free!!!

EDIT AGAIN:

Now you are asking how to pass a drug test? Get off drugs!! That's the only way.

I think what you mean to say is that he hasn't taken any drugs, since "popping" two niacin to take out the drugs, correct? Well, then you have just learned something. Niacin doesn't remove traces of recreational drugs from your system. His UA came out positive because he has been doing drugs. What went wrong is that he is still doing drugs. Period. I'm sorry that your daughter has been removed from your home. I would have to assume it is because of continued drug use in the home.

He did drugs and thought the niacin would remove them (it doesn't).

You will need to prove to SS through future random UAs that you are both not doing drugs. The way to do that is to not do drugs.

It popped positive for the niacin, the anti-drug, that right there gives them enough evidence to be convinced of drug use,and especially if its been a problem before.Any test afterwards would be negative and they know that so they took this opportunity to get him.

My heart goes out to you and your daughter. I cant imagine being without her. But if you know you are subject to UA's then you are aware of the risks. It looks like whatever drug you guys were doing were more important than her.

You actually believed the myth that you can "beat" a drug test by taking niacin!! THAT'S "what went wrong".

Well, that and the apparent fact that you're still doing drugs....

nicely you knew the implications going into the militia. They granted him emergency flow away which replaced into approximately all they are in a place to do. You husband now has to suck it up and return to what he dedicated himself to while he enlisted. If he turns himself in they'll eiter deliver him directly to energetic accountability if he hasn't been AWOL for that long. even although they do reserve the dazzling to detention center him and supply him a dishonorable discharge and then he can see his dad all he needs. existence sucks each and every so often yet you need to fulfill what you commit too. tell him to coach himself in and the main suitable which will take place is they sent him back to artwork.

Niacin is not a drug to get high on. It is miserable. Drugs came fro somewhere. He was using?

Why would you even take the chance and use drugs knowing the chance exists that they would remove your daughter from you ? , sounds to me that social services did it's job , I hope you are both able to grow up for the sake of your daughters future well being , your story makes me happy I pay taxes...

It sounds like many things "went wrong" before this happened. Likely he is still using, or he had so much in his system that he still tested positive. You two probably violated probation or something.
