Mine lately (for some time now) is by Evanescence - "My Immortal"
I'm so tired of being here
Suppressed by all my childish fears
And if you have to leave
I wish that you would just leave
'Cause your presence still lingers here
And it won't leave me alone
These wounds won't seem to heal
This pain is just too real
There's just too much that time cannot erase
[CHORUS:]
When you cried I'd wipe away all of your tears
When you'd scream I'd fight away all of your fears
I held your hand through all of these years
But you still have
All of me
You used to captivate me
By your resonating life
Now I'm bound by the life you left behind
Your face it haunts
My once pleasant dreams
Your voice it chased away
All the sanity in me
These wounds won't seem to heal
This pain is just too real
There's just too much that time cannot erase
[Chorus]
I've tried so hard to tell myself that you're gone
But though you're still with me
I've been alone all along
[Chorus]

"My Strongest Weakness"
Words and Music by Naomi Judd and Mike Reid
The keeper of the gates of wisdom, please let me in
'Cause I just can't go through another heartache again
Pretty lies and alibis how could I be so blind
Now all alone and scared to stay
Slowly going out of my mind
He was my strongest weakness
I surrendered heart and soul
It's gonna be a long, long time 'til I regain control
I'm still a prisoner held captive by his memory
He was my strongest weakness and I'm afraid he'll always be
I gave my faithful hear to someone, I couldn't understand
How he held my little world in the palm of his hand
Now he's gone and life goes on so if the pain will ever end
Will I be afraid to risk it all
If I fall in love again
(repeat chorus)
and James Blunt " Good Bye My Lover" rips me in two.

oooooh, i love that one too. but sadly, and i know its very cheesy, one of my favorites is Unbreak My Heart by Toni Braxton. i cant help but go out of breath with those high notes..its fun. Plus the model Tyson Beckford is in the video...when he dies in the motorcycle accident its quite painful to watch.

"Crying" by Roy Orbison
I was all right for a while, I could smile for a while
But I saw you last night, you held my hand so tight
As you stopped to say "Hello"
Aww you wished me well, you couldn't tell
That I'd been cry-i-i-i-ng over you, cry-i-i-i-ng over you
Then you said "so long". left me standing all alone
Alone and crying, crying, crying cry-i-ing
It's hard to understand but the touch of your hand
Can start me crying
I thought that I was over you but it's tru-ue, so true
I love you even more than I did before but darling what can I do-o-o-o
For you don't love me and I'll always be
Cry-i-i-i-ng over you, cry-i-i-i-ng over you
Yes, now you're gone and from this moment on
I'll be crying, crying, crying, cry-i-i-ing
Yeah crying, crying, o-o-o-o-ver you
I love Roy's music.

All great songs. But you can't beat the classics, like Steve Goodman's "You never even called me by my name."
