i had mexican tortilla soup and starbucks caramel frappacino at work.
i was craving Mcdonald's sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin with a hash brown and then a yogurt parfait....lol

I had Starbucks and yogurt. I wanted bacon, eggs, and potatoes - but it is a weekday and time is of the essence. Besides, I could not eat like that 5 days a week - that would require many hour in the gym to burn all that off!!
