I hope to be able to be recovered enough from my knee surgery to be able to start speed walking. ( I guess I'll never be able to run again) But, at least I can finally, after 3 yrs, walk without pain, wear a shoe with a little heel, no limp. Hooray!
Let's step into 2008 with hope, love, peace and joy!!!!

We resolve to not make any New Year's Resolutions coz we never stick to them....how many folk are saying they are giving up smoking on Jan 1st to only start again by the 5th!! How many people will go on a diet or a countless other things only to start whatever it is again a week later!
But we will continue to eat what we fancy, not feel guilty for eating chocolate and enjoy our family and each others company for the next new year and we will continue to have fun on Yahoo! Getting this laptop is the best thing we did in 2007 and we resolve to count our blessings for all the people we've spoken to on here and all the new friends we've made. XXXX

I have given up on making any resolutions, so I don't have to admit to myself I broke them. I have, however, made myself a list of improving my 2008. The first one is a budget, and I just got that taken care of this week thanks to my friend at the bank. Plus, I do need to get more exercise, and I have devised a small workout program for myself, so I won't be discouraged and quit.I figure the little things might add up.

I like yours better than any I'd come up with!

Other than starting a fitness program and losing weight, there isn't too much else. I gave up making resolutions years ago. Now I make life changes.
