We are looking for a Christmas or Winter name for my baby girl that is due on Christmas Day. We are looking for something a little different but sticking with the Christmas/Winter theme. Any idea?

Are you familiar with an 80's sitcom called "THREE"S COMPANY"? Jack, Janet, and Chrissy share living expenses. Chrissy's last name on the show is "SNOW", and she was born on Christmas day. Well "CHRISSY" is a nickname for Christmas, making her name "Christmas Snow"; a few nights ago she told Jack and Janet that it started snowing when she was born.
I have a friend who named her baby STORMY RAINE, 'cause of the weather conditions when she was born.
Personally, I feel one needs to look at the child when it is born to determine a name. For instance, I knew these two girls who were totally opposite -- Jamie could never have been an Angela nor vice versa.
But to help w/ your dilemma, ANGEL as well as MARY (or Maria) has a Christmas tone to it. Have you considered naming her after the birthstone or birthflower for the month or the sign Aquarius (i think that's it?). It might be ruby or rose(?)

Natalia or Natalie refer to the birth of Jesus. Or Holly, or Noel. I have a friend who was a Christmas baby named Merry, but I think that's a bit extreme!
